As stressful events compound, you may be facing difficulties meeting the demands of daily life and struggle to utilize adaptive coping strategies. With a strength-focused and family-centered approach, Angela helps clients build healthy practices to express emotion and thought. She prioritizes the importance of fostering a safe space to establish a therapeutic relationship, tailoring support to explore your hopes and worries.
Angela comes with nearly a decade of experience, working the last several years at the Hospital for Sick Children as a clinical social worker. She received her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Toronto, after completing Bachelor’s in Social Work and Psychology at McMaster University. Focusing on trauma and attachment, Angela is also trained in multiple evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior therapies.
