Meet Helena.
Helena has worked in the child and family mental health setting supporting youth and their families experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, and difficulties with emotional and behavioural regulation. Helena also supports caregivers as they navigate the ever-challenging world of parenting youth and teens. Helena brings a curious and empathic attitude to sessions, emphasizing your family's strength and connection.
Helena takes a trauma-informed, family-based approach to her work drawing on a variety of evidence-based modalities to help address youth and family's goals. Helena's goal is to provide a safe, supportive space for youth to explore their challenges and develop resilience.
