Gillian Liberman
Meet Gillian.
After 25 years of working with children and adolescents, she knows the immense strain that behavioural and affective disorders can place on even the most loving, supportive families. However she also knows that there are ways to heal even the most difficult relationships.
Gillian takes a strengths-based approach to family therapy, incorporating aspects of narrative, emotionally focused and structural therapy. From school refusal, to anxiety and depressive disorders, to ADHD and ODD, she has created intervention plans specifically designed to meet the needs of each unique client and their family. And naturally, her clinical work is also informed by her experiences as a mother of three teens. Most importantly, Gillian wants you to know that your family is not alone in its struggles, and together you can rebuild a functioning, fulfilling family life.
