Meet Allie.
Allie understands that seeking therapy can be a difficult first step to take. She aims to provide clients with a safe and non-judgemental space to navigate the various stressors in their lives and the difficult emotions they may be experiencing.
Allie has worked in the children’s mental health setting supporting children, parents and families, as well as in the private practice sector helping children, teens and young adults. She holds trainings in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T), Emotion Focused Skills Training (EFST) and family therapy.
Allie utilizes a strengths-based, collaborative and empathetic therapeutic approach to support clients in recognizing their potential and increasing their well-being. She specializes in working individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, familial conflict and challenges associated with learning disabilities and ADHD.
