Marci Sier
Meet Marci.
Marci is an advocate of individuals being active participants in their learning and change processes, where she aids them in developing a toolbox of mental skills that can help with their unique situations to restore performance excellence and/or rebuild a sense of well-being. During this process, she draws on tools from various modalities such as cognitive behavioural therapy, adlerian therapy, mental enhancement skills, coping techniques, and high performance sport experience as both an athlete and coach. Marci places focus on building and developing a strong foundation of mental skills to facilitate a plan of action to move forward.
