Brittney Lentini
Meet Brittney.
She works collaboratively with both the individual and the family system to explore, understand, and bring about effective change using the strengths and wisdom inherent in each of us. Through her warm, non-judgemental inquiry, Brittney can support you to look at your presenting challenges with more compassion and acceptance, and support you to develop healthy ways to manage difficult thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Brittney takes a client-centred, trauma-informed, and attachment-based approach in her therapeutic work, drawing upon a wide range of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive-Behavioural, Narrative, Emotion-Focused approaches. She has worked with a diverse range of youth and their families experiencing anxiety, depression, developmental trauma, OCD, ODD, and other behavioural challenges. Brittney’s goal is to help you feel safe, heard, and understood within the therapy process and highly values going at a pace that feels comfortable for you. She hopes that through the therapeutic relationship, you can deepen your self-awareness and feel empowered to tackle life’s difficulties.
