Avallon Leopold

Avallon Leopold, MSW RSW

Registered Social Worker

Avallon specializes in assisting youth and young adults to develop coping skills to manage anxiety, depression and build healthy relationships.

Meet Avallon.

She works with youth that are struggling with their self-esteem and supports them in strengthening and building their self-worth. Avallon also takes a special interest in supporting young people with stress management, who are navigating challenges as they move from youth to adulthood (transitional aged youth).

Avallon creates her sessions together with you, so that it feels comfortable and appropriate for where you are at. She understands that coming to meet a therapist can feel uncertain and uncomfortable, and therefore has created a down to earth and casual approach. Avallon believes that having someone to talk to outside of your social circle, can help to offer a different perspective, and create a space where you are free to be whoever you are.

Avallon develops and delivers workshops to schools and corporations throughout Ontario that focus on a wide variety of mental health topics such as stress management, social anxiety, self care, combating burnout, parent education on youth mental health and navigating transitions. Avallon also acts as a mental health consultant with various schools in Toronto for elementary and high school aged students.
